Game Update

We are in the process of doing testing for the game through all the new levels. We are are also trying out all the new random events. I will say that so far everything is working and going along swimmingly. I’m hoping to have a new major release before Christmas! Won’t that be a nice present!

I am finding some minor issues as I delve deeper into the levels. One thing that was interesting was the way some line spell attacks are supposed to hit the front row, but when a squad is rotated it is still treating the front row as the rotated location instead of the actual true front on the flank attack. We also found some minor errors in one of the levels as well.

Personal Update

The month has been rather busy which is indicated by my lack of updates. I have had various events going on, on the days that I normally write these entries. I managed to make it out to the local fair, do some DJing, and generally socialize. It’s been a good month for sure. I did have some time when I was on night shift which I found to be a little difficult as it’s very hard to socialize when I have to work those hours.

This past week I had some large changes to my commitments in a good way. I’m moving forward with a new relationship, which always makes me a little apprehensive. I’m hoping it sticks this time, so I will pray and take it one day at a time. It’s always good for me to be in this situation as it saves me a lot of energy from searching for that special someone. I can now put it somewhere else. I always have plenty of things to take care of.

I ‘m still doing my best to stay on top of my fitness. I did finish a half marathon again this year. It wasn’t as hard as the last time, and I managed to run the entire thing. I’ve had a lot of support for that this year from a good friend. Halloween weekend has put me off my goals a bit. I’ll get back on track tomorrow.
